Service scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are defined in quotations, proposals, or service agreements shared with the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
Share necessary content, images, approvals, and credentials on time
Ensure all materials provided are legally owned or authorized for use
Any delay due to incomplete or late client inputs may impact project timelines.
Hosting & Domain Services
Hosting and domain services are provided on an annual or periodic basis as per the selected plan
Domain registration, renewal, and transfer are subject to domain registry rules
Clients are responsible for timely renewals
Shiv Digital Hub is not responsible for domain expiration due to delayed payment or incorrect client information
Hosting performance may vary depending on server load, third-party providers, and technical factors.
Payments & Billing
Payments must be made as per the agreed invoice or quotation
Advance payments are mandatory for most services
Hosting, domain, AI photoshoot, logo design, and creative services are non-refundable once activated or delivered
Delayed payments may result in suspension of services without prior notice
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued once a service has started or been delivered
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, hosting plans, and AI-based services are strictly non-refundable
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
Any completed work up to the cancellation date will be chargeable.
Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, creatives, strategies, and content created by Shiv Digital Hub remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
After full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client
Festival posts, logos, and AI photoshoots cannot be resold or redistributed without written permission
Confidentiality
Shiv Digital Hub maintains strict confidentiality of client data, credentials, and business information. We do not share client information with third parties unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Shiv Digital Hub shall not be liable for:
Ranking fluctuations in GMB or search engines
Business losses, revenue loss, or data loss
Platform policy changes by Google, Meta, or other third-party services
Downtime or issues caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, or external tools
Marketing and ranking results may vary and are not guaranteed.
Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, AI tools, or domain registrars. Shiv Digital Hub is not responsible for their policies, updates, or service interruptions.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payments are delayed or unpaid
The client violates these Terms and Conditions
The client engages in illegal, misleading, or unethical activities
Changes to Terms
Shiv Digital Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction.
