General Policy

All services provided by Shiv Digital Hub are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, activated, or delivered. By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Web Hosting & WordPress Hosting

  • Domain Registration, Renewal & Transfer

  • Website Development Services

  • Google My Business (GMB) Profile Creation & Ranking

  • SEO & Local SEO Services

  • AI Photoshoot Services

  • Logo Designing Services

  • Festival Post Creation Services

  • Graphic Designing & Branding Services

Once these services are started, processed, or delivered, no refund will be issued.

Advance Payments

  • All advance or upfront payments are non-refundable

  • Advance payments are used to allocate resources, tools, hosting infrastructure, and manpower

Service Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp

  • Cancellation does not guarantee a refund

  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be chargeable

Domain & Hosting Refunds

  • Domain-related services are governed by domain registry policies and are non-refundable

  • Hosting services are non-refundable once activated, regardless of usage

Clients are responsible for timely renewal of hosting and domains.

Delays & Dissatisfaction

  • Delays caused due to lack of client response, incomplete information, or delayed approvals are not eligible for refunds

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectation mismatch does not qualify for a refund

Third-Party Services

Shiv Digital Hub uses third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, domain registrars, AI tools, Google, Meta). Refunds are not applicable for failures, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded or adjusted against future services after verification.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved in exceptional cases:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method

Policy Updates

Shiv Digital Hub reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
